Welcome! What is Online Training?

Yes, it is what it sounds like but so much more. Online training allows for teachers to connect with students. It is an amazing tool that can create success. I sell 12-week custom programs that are designed for your specific goal. If you want to lose weight, gain muscle or just improve your overall health, Online training is a great way to do it. We set aside a time to talk to each other 1 on 1 and go over your goals. We identify what motivates you and your passions. Based on these, I create a periodized program that is designed to help you achieve your goals. We go over food, I show you some great tools to help you through your journey, we create a schedule and fine tune it as we go. I am available for any questions that you have. One of the biggest things that I do is hold you accountable! I will give you the tools for success and hold you to them. If you are truly ready to make a positive change and make the biggest investment of all, I can help. The biggest investment you can make is yourself! When your healthy and feel/look good, everything seems to go your way. You literally feel great. When you procrastinate and put off each diet that you wanted or come up with excuse and you continue not to improve you begin to become depressed. I have been working out for over 10 years now. I have been 245lbs and 193lbs. I have tried many diets and workouts. I am a certified personal/fitness trainer and I know what it takes to get results. I have competed, I exercise on a regular basis, I continue to learn how to improve myself and others. If you have the desire to change, I have the knowledge and proven paths to get you there. You must do one thing and that is believe in yourself and be willing to invest in your own happiness. Nobody else is going to do it for you, YOU must truly want to change. 

Who Am I ?

    

My name is Josh. I am an ISSA certified personal trainer. I love working out and pushing myself to new limits. I started lifting in high school and have continued since. I compete in bodybuilding and have enjoyed the benefits of experiencing the discipline required with weight training and nutrition. I love being active and living a healthy lifestyle.

  

What are some of the benefits exercise?

There are many benefits with exercise.  Here are just a few of the significant ones:

What is the purpose of this site?

This site is dedicated to helping people improve overall health and fitness. I want to get to know you and determine what your goals are. Once we figure it out, I will put together a custom nutrition and exercise program that will help you achieve your goals. It’s imperative to think not only short term but long term as well. I want to help you live into your 70’s, 80’s and 90’s as an active, healthy adult. Aging is inevitable, but you can slow down and prevent many of the health disorders, as you age, that keep you from being mobile and pain free. You must make a conscious choice for better health every day. You only get one body, and you have to commit to changing bad habits in order to achieve the results you want. I will help you achieve those results, little changes, long term, will have a great impact on improving the rest of your life.

Making a difference

  

It is important to give back to the community and a portion of proceeds each calendar year will be donated to St. Jude Children Research hospital.  Children are precious and when facing life threatening disease and cancers, they deserve all the help we can give.

To the Fisher House Foundation -  Started in 1990, this organization is best known for its network of comfort homes where military and veterans' families can stay at no cost, while a loved one is receiving treatment. The homes are at major military and VA medical centers nationwide, close to the medical center or hospital they serve.
