What is the purpose of this site?

This site is dedicated to helping people improve overall health and fitness. I want to get to know you and determine what your goals are. Once we figure it out, I will put together a custom nutrition and exercise program that will help you achieve your goals. It’s imperative to think not only short term but long term as well. I want to help you live into your 70’s, 80’s and 90’s as an active, healthy adult. Aging is inevitable, but you can slow down and prevent many of the health disorders, as you age, that keep you from being mobile and pain free. You must make a conscious choice for better health every day. You only get one body, and you have to commit to changing bad habits in order to achieve the results you want. I will help you achieve those results, little changes, long term, will have a great impact on improving the rest of your life.

Who Am I ?



My name is Josh. I am an ISSA certified personal trainer. I love working out and pushing myself to new limits. I started lifting in high school and have continued since. I compete in bodybuilding and have enjoyed the benefits of experiencing the discipline required with weight training and nutrition. I love being active and living a healthy lifestyle.



What are some of the benefits exercise?
